Established in 1911, M-TEC has developed into a market leader in the wire and cable industry and today the company is ranked as one of South Africa’s largest manufacturers and suppliers of Aluminium overhead conductors, copper products, low and medium voltage power cables and various optical fibre cables

Learnerships are Learning Programmes that have a structured learning component and a structured workplace experience component.

An Apprenticeship means a Learnership in respect of a Listed Trade and includes a Trade Test in respect of that Trade.

Are taken in by M-TEC during their Work Integrated learning phases to cover their work-based service experience to be able to graduate at their respective institutions.
