A person formally engaged in learning, especially one enrolled in a school or college; pupil. These are taken in by M-TEC during their Work Integrated learning phases to cover their work-based service experience to be able to graduate at their respective institutions. Where possible, M-TEC may even offer them a suitable post if candidate is apt. Applicants are selected and brought by their institution representative after the company seeks for a particular candidate to perform a certain task. Successful candidate will then be on agreement with the company to be offered a stipend for the duration of training
