Message to Reinforce Compliance
Greetings to all our suppliers,
This is Youngsoo Shin, CEO of Malesela Taihan Electric Cable (Pty) Ltd.
As
we
nearing
the
end
of
the
year
2025,
the
Year
of
restoration—
restoring
what
was
lost
financially,
physically,
emotionally
—and
expecting
divine
elevation,
empowerment,
and
glory.
|
would
wish
your
company
continued
prosperity and success.
From
last
year,
M-TEC
took
a
significant
step
towards
securing
new
growth
engines
by
launching
our
new
CCV
MV
manufacturing
line.
This
milestone
has
enabled
us
to
establish
fullvalue
chain
capabilities
in
the
subsea
cable
business.
In
addition,
we
have
completed
installation
and
commissioning
of
our
new
tinning
line
machine
within
the
first half of this year.
We
are
proud
to
announce
that
our
mother
company
Taihan
have
earned
an
A
rating
for
four
consecutive
years
in
ESG
assessments
and
to
have
received
an
A
rating
for
two
consecutive
years
in
the
Fair
Trade
Compliance
Program
(CP)
evaluations.
These
achievements
were
made
possible
through
their
steadfast
commitment
to
compliance
policies
aimed
at
strengthening
our
global
competitiveness,
as
well
as
the
active
participation
of
employees
and
partners
in
supporting
the corporate standards.
As M-TEC we wish to achieve the same through your support and adherence to our compliance policies.
We
anticipate
that
global
corporations
will
continue
to
raise
the
bar
on
compliance
and
ESG
requirements.
At
M-TEC,
we
are
committed
to
proactively
adapting
to
these
changes
to
ensure
sustainable
management
and
responsible
growth.
We
sincerely
hope
that
our
partners
will
continue
to
align
with
our
policies
and
compliance
culture.
With
mutual
trust
and
cooperation,
we
believe
we
can
build
a
foundation
for
sustainable
growth
together.
We
look
forward
to
working
closely with you toward a brighter future.
As the New Year approaches, we kindly ask for your cooperation in eliminating any unfair business practices.
If
you
encounter
any
improper
solicitations—such
as
requests
for
money
or
gifts—from
any
of
our
employees,
please
report such incidents through the <Reporting Procedure>.
May the New Year bring good health and happiness to you, your colleagues, and your families.
